Orange Sticks
An all-time classic and firm favourite amongst our customers, these candied orange skins are to die for. An artisanal product, slowly soaked in a syrup for 12 days to give a majestic balance of sweetness and orange aroma with a gentle touch of bitterness from the pith.
We enrobe them in our 70% dark chocolate for a heavenly treat. Our technique ensures they retain a moist and supple texture inside which is encased in the crisp tempered chocolate.
