Simple and sublime! A fantastically smooth ganache using our special water technique is encased in a thin crunchy chocolate layer. Bite in to release the full flavour of chocolate, it's unadulterated pleasure!!
We use our house chocolate, which is a Valrhona 70% from the Caribbean region. It's got a great balance of acidity and fruitiness opening up to rich cacao and a long finish.
These are not covered in cacao so you get a clean experience.
