The PURE Collection: A celebration of the best chocolate in the world.

Pure Collection uses only the best chocolate in the world – six different water ganaches from some of the most exciting chocolate makers today – Amano, Valrhona, Original Beans and Pacari.

To release individual characters from each variety of chocolate this collection is made with our secret water based recipe, making this an incredible cacao journey. Also includes the amazing raw cacao from Ecuador, made with a process that respects the antioxidant and nutritional value that you can only metabolize using our recipe.

The Classic Collection

Combining classic flavours with chocolate but delivered in a new way – purity of flavour and respectful to quality ingredients, these Classic water ganaches celebrates tradition.

From the hazelnut served by Chef Angela Hartnett's at Murano to the unrefined sugar caramel developed with Tom Kerridge at Hand and Flowers, these chocolates are made for maximum pleasure.

The Lahloo Tea and Infusion Collection

A collection of water ganache chocolates infused with teas and herbal infusions.

Using teas from speciality tea supplier Lahloo we have created this collection of tea and herbal infusions.

To retain the delicate top note flavours of these unique chocolates we use a low temperature infusion process.
