A stunning, moist orange peel, gently confit and wrapped in a lovely balanced dark chocolate blend from South America.
These really are special! The top-note flavour of the orange is exceptional. An all time classic done very well.
We enrobe them in our 70‰ dark chocolate for a heavenly treat. Our technique ensures they retain a moist and supple texture inside which is encased in the crisp tempered chocolate.
